This website is a preview of the ECO INK bookstore. The titles and prices are editorial examples, not available to purchase. The following shipping and return arrangements are proposals for the future store and require the merchant's approval before launch.

No. The six books are original editorial concepts created for the website demonstration. The cart shows how an order would be calculated, but online checkout and payment collection are disabled.
How much will shipping cost?
The planned standard shipping fee is ₹60 per domestic order to a serviceable PIN code in India. The charge is added once to the book subtotal, even when multiple books are included.
When would my books be dispatched and delivered?
The proposed timeframe is 1–2 working days to process an in-stock order, then an estimated 3–7 working days in transit after dispatch. Timing may differ for remote areas, holidays and carrier disruptions.
Can I cancel after placing an order?
The proposed cancellation policy allows requests before dispatch. Please contact us promptly with the order reference. After dispatch, return eligibility is considered under the proposed Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What happens if my book arrives damaged or is the wrong title?
Report it with your order number and clear photos within 7 calendar days after delivery. The business can then review and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to applicable consumer protections.
How long would a refund take?
Under the proposed policy, approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after any necessary verification. Banks and payment intermediaries may require another 5–10 working days to reflect the credit.
